Julia Evans is a proud Columbia-Blythewood, SC native who believes that artistry is not just an expression, but a way of life. Crowned Miss of America 2025, Julia carries her title with equal parts purpose and joy. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Julia earned her degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Marketing and a minor in Sociology. Her studies gave her the tools to amplify voices and build connections, something she lives out daily. She looks to extend that passion by obtaining her Master's Degree in Strategic Communication. Similarly, as the owner of Lavish Blooms Enterprises, her floral and creative business, Julia designs more than arrangements; she creates experiences that remind people of the beauty and inspiration woven into everyday life. 

Julia’s platform initiative, The Vanguard Society: The Future in Full Bloom, is a testament to her belief that young people deserve both guidance and creativity as they step into the world of education and leadership. The initiative blends mentorship, career development, and artistic expression, helping youth and young professionals unlock their confidence, lead with integrity, and bloom into their full potential. She has seen and experienced firsthand how mentorship and opportunity can change lives, and she is committed to extending that impact across her community and throughout the country. 

Beyond her professional platform, Julia’s story is rich with personal touches. She is a lover of storytelling through theatre, spoken word, and writing short stories. and someone who never shies away from making the person next to her smile or laugh or BOTH! She loves faith, family, and finding joy in small things. As Miss of America 2025, Julia’s mission is simple yet powerful: to remind others that when you nurture your gifts and serve with purpose, your future is always certain to bloom.
